A healing journey is an experience we all should embrace. It can be a rebirth or guidance for clarity. Healing is an ongoing journey that extends beyond moving on from traumas and toxicity. The experiences remain ingrained in you as you progress through life, shaping your new perspectives and growth.

Reflecting on your self-growth is an essential practice for personal development and understanding how far you have come on your journey. It involves looking back on past experiences, recognizing achievements, and acknowledging areas where improvement is still needed — because no one is perfect, right?


A big part of personal growth is being able to recognize how your mindset and behavior have changed over time. You've probably noticed how much better you've become at handling tough situations, which includes choice of words, actions and perspectives. This shift shows how committed you are to building up your mental strength and emotional resilience, highlighting the importance of staying persistent and resilient on your journey to self-improvement.


Additionally, reflecting on self-growth provides an opportunity to set new goals and aspirations. By understanding the progress made, you can identify new areas to focus on, whether it's developing a new skill, fostering better relationships, or enhancing personal well-being. This ongoing process of setting and achieving goals helps to maintain a positive trajectory in one's personal and professional life. I am grateful for all the lessons I have learned and the eye-opening moments I have experienced. This process of evolving led me to acknowledge my wrong-doings and realize what I can improve. It has allowed me to be more patient with myself and others. My decision-making process has significantly improved as well, leading to more logical and deliberate choices. I take pride of the person I am today as I now navigate challenges with composure. By prioritizing self-care and avoiding unnecessary stress and drama, I am fostering a harmonious and fulfilling life.


We cannot control how perfect life can be, but we have control of the peace within us.
